Peter Hegeduš

With over 10 years in renewable energy, he specializes in wind, solar, hydropower, and energy efficiency. He serves on the executive committee of the Slovak National Hydrogen Association and as an energy expert for the Slovak Photovoltaic Industry Association. As managing partner of SynCo Group’s energy division and country manager of Eurowind Energy, he oversees strategy, project development, and financial management of RES projects in Central Europe. Previously, he worked in the banking sector.

Ing. Pavol Karaba

With over 30 years of experience in senior roles in the construction industry, he has led major projects in earthworks, utility networks, and highway design, including extensive work in Africa. He has been involved in preparing and managing renewable energy projects, particularly photovoltaic and small hydropower plants. His long-term work in the municipal sector gives him deep expertise in territorial planning and integrating business development into city and municipal growth.
